Currently in Phase 3:
Delta CAA Head Start/Early Head Start continues to comply with guidance from the Office of Head Start (OHS), Louisiana Department of Education, and the Louisiana Department of Health to plan for a safe return to school.
Delta CAA Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) staff continues to take applications for income eligible families to receive the following services:
- Rent/Mortgage
- Utilities Assistance – water
- Safety Kits –
Delta CAA LIHEAP staff continues to worked with Louisiana Housing Corporation on the regular LIHEAP Funding and early August, LIHEAP staff begin taking applications for income eligible families.
