The Delta Recovery Center (DRC) purpose is to provide community-based outpatient services for individuals designated by judicial courts and the Northeast Delta Human Services Authority as “charity care patient” with substance use disorder. DRC assist clients to achieve and maintain a lifestyle free from the harmful effects of addiction and/or DWI. Services are research-based and outcome-oriented treatment model in order to provide physical, mental and emotional rehabilitation in a non-residential setting. Delta Recovery Center performs drug screens for a fee.

Charity care patients are those persons who have limited ability to meet financial obligation associated with receiving behavioral health services and have a denied Medicaid application within the last 12 months. DWI counseling fees are based on Court Order.

Delta Recovery Program serves East Carroll, Madison, and Tensas Parishes in Northeast Louisiana.
