On January 2023, Delta Community Action Association, Inc. as the lead agency for Madison Parish Early Childhood Network, requested funding from the Louisiana Department of Education for seats from LA 4, NSECD, and/or Pre-K Expansion Grant seats for the 2023-2024 school year. Delta Community Action Association provided an opportunity for public comment prior to submission of the request.
